What's the difference between the four packages?
Yimi Welcome covers a seamless arrival only. Essentials adds a full 3–5 day itinerary with accommodation and dining curation. Luxe adds premium transfers, a private chauffeur, exclusive reservations, and a 5–7 day luxury itinerary. Privé is fully bespoke VVIP — yachts, stylists, security, and 24/7 concierge.
How far in advance should I book?
For Welcome and Essentials, 3–5 days' notice is usually enough. For Luxe and Privé, we recommend 1–2 weeks so we can secure premium accommodations, exclusive reservations, and specialist vendors. Last-minute requests are still welcome — we'll always do our best to accommodate.
Can I customize a package or combine features?
Absolutely. Every package is a starting point — tell us what you envision in the "Plan My Trip" form and we'll build something entirely around you. Add a private chef to Essentials, or a yacht day to Luxe — fully flexible.
Is Lagos safe for tourists and diaspora visitors?
Yes — when handled by professionals. Every driver, venue, and partner in our network is vetted, and our team monitors your movements in real time. From airport pickup to your final drop-off, your safety and discretion are our top priority.
What's your payment policy?
Once your itinerary is approved, we require a deposit to lock in bookings — the balance is due before your arrival. We accept bank transfer, USD, and Naira. Full pricing is always transparent with no hidden fees.
Do you handle group trips and special occasions?
Yes — birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor/bachelorette trips, group retreats, and corporate visits. The Privé package is built specifically for these, with VIP event access, photographers, stylists, and full occasion planning included.
